Monitoring
We've implemented a fix, however our nodes need time to recover and catch up to the latest transactions. This will take 3-6 hours, we're monitoring progress closely.
Until our nodes have completely synced to the Ethereum blockchain, send and receive transactions will be delayed.

Investigating
Due to an issue on the ethereum blockchain, send and receive transactions are currently not working.
We're investigating urgently, this seems to be due to an unannounced hard fork.
