Update - The ability to scan QR codes in the Luno app remains unavailable for both Android and iOS. We are diligently working to resolve this issue and restore functionality as soon as possible

In the meantime, please use the following alternatives:

Scan the QR code with your camera or QR code reader app, selecting the Luno app if prompted and you will be directed to Web to use the Send flow.

Manually copy-and-pasting all details, being sure the full address, amount and any other additional information is correct before confirming the send

Withdrawal schedule on public holidays in Indonesia

During the Eid holiday period, you may notice minor changes to withdrawal limits due to the Bank Holiday.

Between 28 March and 7 April 2025, the following withdrawal limits will apply:
- Withdrawal limit to BCA, BNI, Mandiri, BRI, Danamon, Permata & CIMB accounts must be under 10 billion rupiahs
- Withdrawal limit to other bank accounts must be under 250 million rupiahs

If the withdrawal amount exceeds the above limits, you may need to separate your withdrawal into multiple smaller transactions.

Usual withdrawal limits will return on 8 April 2025.

Please note that deposits will be unaffected.
