Identified - We've identified another issue affecting new all new crypto sends, if you sent any BTC or ERC20 tokens after 18:29 UTC +2 you may see a send stuck in a processing state. We're working hard to get this resolved.

Identified - The 6th of February is a public holiday in Malaysia, during which banks do not process payments. This means any withdrawals from Luno that we send to the banks won’t be processed by them until the 7th of February.

Please note that this only applies to MYR withdrawals. Crypto withdrawals are being processed as normal according to our service level agreements.
