Identified - Customers accessing certain products for the first time on Android version 8.66.2 may encounter an error that does not allow them to proceed further. iOS app and Web remain unaffected.

Monitoring - A fix has been implemented as a temporary work around, new USDC and USDT wallets are now available again for creation on Android.

Identified - Customers on Android version 8.66.2 or below will see an error when trying to create a new USDC or USDT wallet. Wallets can be created on Web, iOS is unaffected by this issue.

Public Holiday Reminder - Withdrawal Requests will take longer than usual in Malaysia

Investigating - The 16th of September 2024 and the 17th of September 2024 are public holidays here in Malaysia, during which banks do not process payments. This means any withdrawals from Luno that we send to the banks won’t be processed by them until the 18th of September 2024.

Please note that this only applies to MYR withdrawals. Crypto withdrawals are being processed as normal according to our service level agreements.
