Update - Upon further review this only affects customer initiated an AVAX send from the Home Screen on the iOS app. Going to Wallets and initiated the send from there still works and remains a work around, along with using Luno on Web.

We're rolling out an app update shortly to address the issue.

Selama libur tahun baru pada tanggal 1 Januari 2025, penarikan dana berikut akan diproses 24/7 seperti biasa:
- Penarikan ke bank BCA, BNI, BRI, CIMB, Mandiri dan Danamon di bawah 10 miliar rupiah
- Penarikan ke bank lainnya di bawah 250 juta rupiah

Jika jumlah penarikan dana Anda lebih besar dari limit di atas, pisahkan penarikan ke dalam jumlah yang lebih kecil untuk beberapa kali penarikan. Proses penarikan dana akan kembali berjalan normal pada 2 Januari 2025.

Perlu diperhatikan bahwa proses deposit tidak terpengaruh oleh libur tahun baru.

During the public holiday on 1 January 2025, these withdrawals will be processed as usual 24/7:
- Withdrawal to BCA, BNI, BRI, CIMB, Mandiri and Danamon under 10 billion rupiah
- Withdrawal to other banks under 250 million rupiah

If the withdrawal amount exceeds the limit above, please separate it into multiple transactions with smaller amounts. The withdrawal process will be back to normal on 2 January 2025.

Please note that deposits will be unaffected.

Investigating - The 1st of January 2025 is a public holiday in Malaysia, during which banks do not process payments. This means any withdrawals from Luno that we send to the banks won’t be processed by them until the 2nd of January 2025.

Please note that this only applies to MYR withdrawals. Crypto withdrawals are being processed as normal according to our service level agreements.
