Selama libur dan cuti bersama Idulfitri pada tanggal 6 - 15 April 2024, penarikan dana berikut akan diproses 24/7 seperti biasa dengan limit berikut:
- Penarikan ke bank BCA, BNI, Mandiri, BRI, Danamon, Permata & CIMB di bawah 10 miliar rupiah
- Penarikan ke bank lainnya di bawah 250 juta rupiah

Jika jumlah penarikan dana Anda lebih besar dari limit di atas, pisahkan penarikan ke dalam jumlah yang lebih kecil untuk beberapa kali penarikan. Proses penarikan dana akan kembali berjalan normal pada 16 April 2024.

Perlu diperhatikan bahwa proses deposit tidak terpengaruh oleh libur dan cuti bersama Idulfitri.

Withdrawal schedule on public holiday in Indonesia

During the public holiday on 6 - 15 April 2024, these withdrawals will be processed as usual 24/7:
- Withdrawal to BCA, BNI, Mandiri, BRI, Danamon, Permata & CIMB under 10 billion rupiah
- Withdrawal to other banks under 250 million rupiah

If the withdrawal amount is greater than the limit above, please separate it into multiple transactions with smaller amounts. The withdrawal process will be back to normal on 16 April 2024.

Please note that deposits will be unaffected.

Investigating - The dates 10th April 2024 & 11th April 2024 is a public holiday in Malaysia, during which banks do not process payments. This means any withdrawals from Luno that we send to the banks won’t be processed by them until the 12th of April 2024.

Please take note that this only applies to MYR withdrawals. Crypto withdrawals are being processed as normal according to our service level agreements.

Investigating - We’ve detected some customers experiencing error messages when making deposits from Public Bank and Hong Leong bank accounts. An error message is displayed on either the bank’s app or website.

If you are facing similar difficulties, we recommend using FPX Instant Transfer or Touch 'n Go to make deposits to Luno (however, please ensure it’s from a bank account in your own name). If you’re facing issues making deposits from other banks, please reach out directly to Luno customer service for assistance.

Do note that deposits are functioning as per normal for all customers of other banking platforms. We are investigating and will provide further updates once we have obtained clarification from the affected banks.
