During this period, the Luno exchange will operate with limited functionality, and our Instant buy and sell service will be interrupted.
- Impact on Trading on the Exchange During the maintenance window, the exchange will be placed in Maintenance mode.
This means: All trading is unavailable - you cannot place or cancel any orders on the exchange via the Website, Apps or API. Existing open orders will remain in the order book - they will not be cancelled. No new trades will be executed during this period.
- Impact on Instant Buy and Sell During the maintenance window, the buy/sell functionality on all platforms may be affected intermittently. This means: Instant buy and sell of fiat-crypto pairs will be unavailable during the maintenance window. Instant buy and sell of crypto-crypto pairs remains unaffected. Luno Pay may experience degraded performance or delays.
-What Still Works Although some functions may experience degraded performance during the migration: You can still access your account, view balances, and review transaction history. Deposits and withdrawals (fiat and crypto) remain available. Staking and unstaking continue to work. Wallet balance and transaction updates may be slightly delayed.
