Identified

We have identified an issue that has caused chats via our app to not work.

This means that when customers try to create a chat with us via the Luno app for both IOS and Android, customers will get an error.

Customers can create chats through our help center within the app or web browser and then initiate a chat from there.

We are working on this as a priority.
