Withdrawals requested from 10 May 2024 will still be delayed. Our banking partner is actively working on clearing the backlog.

We will provide updates as soon as they become available to us.

We apologise for any inconvenience caused.

Our banking partner has resumed processing of EUR payments however they are still clearing the backlog.

Please note that our banking partner will be acknowledging the public holiday on 9 May 2024, therefore they will not be processing EUR payments. This means any EUR withdrawals from Luno that we send to the bank won’t be processed by them until 10 May 2024.

Please note that this only applies to EUR withdrawals. Crypto withdrawals are being processed as normal according to our service level agreements.
