The 25th and 26th of December 2025 are public holidays in South Africa, during which banks do not process payments. This means that any withdrawals from Luno that we send to the banks won’t be processed until the 27th of December.
Please note that this only applies to ZAR withdrawals. Crypto withdrawals will be processed as usual, in accordance with our service level agreements.
