We saw an increase in errors across Web, Android & iOS apps as well as our API between 23:56 UTC on 4 May and 0:15 UTC on 5 May 2024.
Some customers may have seen a "something went wrong" error when trying to use Luno.
While there are no further errors outside of the 19 minutes mentioned above we'll continuing to monitor. Apologies for the inconvenience this may have caused.
