At this time the chat functionality is limited, and you will be redirected to creating a support ticket.

We should be able to resume normal service soon and will provide updates as they become available.

We've resolved the technical issues, and chat is available again.

We’re still busy with the move and are experiencing some technical issues.

Attempts to chat with our Customer Support Team are creating email support requests.
