We have made some adjustments to our SMS OTP service in conjunction with our SMS provider. We will monitor the results over the weekend.

We are aware of an issue where Malaysian customers are seeing delays when receiving SMS OTP's.

We are currently working on the issue both internally and with our SMS provider.

PLEASE NOTE - It can take up to 5 minutes for an SMS OTP to be received. Please allow time for the SMS OTP to be received before re-trying
