Currently our chatbot, Toshi is currently unavailable. This is due to a 3rd party issue and Luno teams are working with the vendor to gather updates.

Customers are still able to raise support requests through Email or via the help centre. Email is support@luno.com and our Help centre link is https://guide.luno.com/hc/en-gb
