Our banking partner has resumed processing of EUR payments however they are still clearing the backlog.

We will provide an update as soon as the backlog has been cleared.

Please note, due to the Swiss holiday on 1 August 2024, our banking partner will not be processing EUR payments. This means any withdrawals from Luno that we send to the bank won’t be processed by them until 2 August 2024.

This only applies to EUR withdrawals. Crypto withdrawals are being processed as normal according to our service level agreements.
