Our service provider, Monoova will be conducting planned systems maintenance from Sunday, 10 September, 2:00am - 6:00am AEST, during which they won’t be processing payments.
This means any deposits made to and withdrawals from Luno won’t be processed by them until after the maintenance has been completed. Your funds will be processed to your accounts shortly after.
Please note that this only applies to AUD deposits and withdrawals. Crypto withdrawals are being processed as normal according to our service level agreements.
