Please be advised that our banking partner will be conducting scheduled system maintenance on the deposits and withdrawal systems as per the below schedule:
Start: 14th December 2025 @ 01:30 AM AEDT / MY @22:30 End: 14th December 2025 @ 11:00 AM AEDT / MY @08:00
This means both the deposits and the withdrawals for Luno Australia will not be available until after the maintenance has been completed. Your funds will be processed to your accounts shortly after.
Please note that this only applies to Australian deposits [AUD]. According to our service level agreements, crypto withdrawals are being processed as normal.
