Upon further review, customers who requested withdrawals between 15:45 on 11 September 2023 and 02:21 on 12 September 2023 were affected. We apologise for any inconvenience. Our team is working to get these withdrawals processed as soon as possible.
All other deposits and withdrawals are being processed as scheduled.

Investigating
We are currently investigating an issue that is causing some customers' MYR withdrawals to be delayed.
