Identified - We are currently experiencing an issue affecting withdrawals for customers in Kenya due to a disruption with one of our payment providers. As a result, some withdrawal requests may fail or not be processed as expected.
Our team is actively working with the provider to resolve this as quickly as possible.

Identified - Current Status: Customers initiating new ETH staking will experience a significantly longer "Pending" period before their stakes begin to accrue rewards.
What Customers need to know:
New Stakes: Due to high demand on the Ethereum network, the current activation queue is approximately 65–70 days. Your ETH will remain pending and only start accruing rewards when they reach the blockchain.
Existing Stakes: If your ETH is already active, your rewards are unaffected and will continue to be paid out as usual.
Unstaking: Unstaking requests are currently processing normally and are not affected by this entry queue.
Unfortunately, this delay is a function of the Ethereum network protocol and is outside of Luno's direct control.
We apologise for any inconvenience caused and appreciate your patience and understanding in this matter.

Identified - Starting Tuesday, 24 February 2026 at 11:00 WIB, deposit services via Bank Transfer will be temporarily unavailable until further notice.
During this period, customers will not be able to make deposits using the Bank Transfer method. To continue funding your account, please use GoPay, which remains fully operational.
We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your understanding. Updates will be provided once deposit services via Bank Transfer are restored.

Jika jumlah penarikan Anda lebih besar dari limit di atas, pisahkan penarikan ke dalam jumlah yang lebih kecil untuk beberapa kali penarikan.
Proses penarikan dana akan kembali berjalan normal pada 25 Maret 2026.

Between 18 March and 24 March 2026, the following withdrawal limits will apply: - Withdrawal limit to BCA, BNI, Mandiri, BRI, Danamon, Permata & CIMB accounts must be under 10 billion rupiahs - Withdrawal limit to other bank accounts must be under 250 million rupiahs
If the withdrawal amount exceeds the above limits, you may need to separate your withdrawal into multiple smaller transactions.
Usual withdrawal limits will return on 25 March 2026.

The 20th and 23rd of March 2026 is a public holiday in Malaysia, during which banks do not process payments. This means any withdrawals from Luno that we send to the banks won’t be processed by them until the 24th of March 2026.
Please note that this only applies to MYR withdrawals. Crypto withdrawals are being processed as normal according to our service level agreements.
