Public Holiday Reminder - Withdrawal Request will take longer than usual in Indonesia

Identified - Penarikan dana selama libur dan cuti bersama Natal

Selama libur dan cuti bersama Natal pada tanggal 25 - 28 Desember 2025 dan 1 Januari 2026, penarikan dana berikut akan diproses 24/7 seperti biasa:
- Penarikan ke bank BCA, BNI, BRI, CIMB, Mandiri dan Danamon di bawah 10 miliar rupiah
- Penarikan ke bank lainnya di bawah 250 juta rupiah

Jika jumlah penarikan dana Anda lebih besar dari limit di atas, pisahkan penarikan ke dalam jumlah yang lebih kecil untuk beberapa kali penarikan. Proses penarikan dana akan kembali berjalan normal pada 29 Desember 2025 dan 2 Januari 2026.

Perlu diperhatikan bahwa proses deposit tidak terpengaruh oleh libur dan cuti bersama Natal.

Withdrawal schedule on public holiday in Indonesia

During the public holiday on 25 - 28 December 2025 and 1 January 2026, these withdrawals will be processed as usual 24/7:
- Withdrawal to BCA, BNI, BRI, CIMB, Mandiri and Danamon under 10 billion rupiah
- Withdrawal to other banks under 250 million rupiah

If the withdrawal amount is greater than the limit above, please separate it into multiple transactions with smaller amounts. The withdrawal process will be back to normal on 29 December 2025 and 2 January 2026.

Please note that deposits will be unaffected.

Identified - The 25th and 26th of December 2025 are public holidays in South Africa, during which banks do not process payments. This means that any withdrawals from Luno that we send to the banks won’t be processed until the 27th of December.

Please note that this only applies to ZAR withdrawals. Crypto withdrawals will be processed as usual, in accordance with our service level agreements.

Investigating - The 25th of December is a public holiday in Malaysia, during which banks do not process payments. This means any withdrawals from Luno that we send to the banks won’t be processed by them until the 26th of December 2025.

Please note that this only applies to MYR withdrawals. Crypto withdrawals are being processed as normal according to our service level agreements.
